Tracey has been a Registered Massage Therapist in the Bow Valley for the last 13 years. She is a Certified Therapeutic Breast Massage Therapist whom can help to support the routines of medical breast monitoring, such as breast thermography. Tracey is also a Certified Life Coach and Yoga/Meditation instructor. She has been working at Ideal Health since 2004 and has a focus on women’s health. Tracey is one of the original founders of Pink and Green Ribbon, a local organization that educates women on breast health and how it is connected to the environment around us. She is passionate about educating women on various changes they can make in their lives to work towards a vision of healthy breasts for a lifetime. She is an advocate for self breast massage. In her therapeutic breast massage treatments, she focuses on teaching women techniques to do self-breast massage.
